We only deliver sample boxes on workdays. If you request your sample box before 11.00 on a workday, we can deliver it on the next workday.
Please make sure you choose a date on which you know someone will be available to receive the delivery throughout the whole day.

Unfortunately, we are not able to narrow down the time window at this point.
Please keep an eye out for a Track & Trace email from Vers&Fijn on the evening before your delivery date. It will give you a more accurate estimate of the arrival time. You can also use the track & trace to leave a comment for the driver or contact them directly if anything urgent comes up.
Jack’s frozen products are delivered by Vers & Fijn, specialists in deep-frozen food transport.
Important: Please make sure you select a delivery date when somebody is there the whole day to receive the box and place it in the freezer to prevent the jackfruit products from defrosting.
